On a stunning and groundbreaking night for the White Sox rebuild, Chuck Garfien and Dan Hayes break down the 7-player trade with the Yankees that send David Robertson, Todd Frazier and Tommy Kahnle to New York in exchange for outfielder Blake Rutherford, the No. 30 prospect in baseball according to MLB.com, left-handed pitcher Ian Clarkin, outfielder Tito Polo and right-hander Tyler Clippard. Following the trade, the White Sox announced that they are calling up Yoan Moncada, the number-one prospect in baseball. He'll make his White Sox debut on Wednesday night on CSN at 7pm vs the Dodgers. On the podcast, Frazier talks about getting traded, Sox G-M Rick Hahn explains the decision to call up Moncada, plus Garfien and Hayes discuss the trade and what it means for the White Sox rebuild.
